22 Million Messages of Good News
Fulfilling the Great Commission
In 2015, Good News Tracts distributed more than 22 million gospel tracts—small pamphlets featuring content centered on the message of salvation in Jesus Christ. What an incredible demonstration made by faithful believers desiring to send the gospel to all nations! We consider our role in this a privilege, as we aim to equip Christians in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20).
Since 1938, Good News Tracts—a ministry of Crossway—has remained committed to developing creative, compelling tracts that faithfully and clearly explain the gospel message. With that legacy propelling us forward, it is our prayer that the tracts we publish continue to reach the hands of the lost, while also providing resources for use within the church.
Perhaps your church is involved in evangelism. Maybe you have even used a tract to help convey the love of Jesus or the significance of his death and resurrection to someone you’ve never met. Good News Tracts has the resources to fit a variety of outreach opportunities. Titles including Becoming a Christian, What Is the Gospel?, and Good News! offer a clear place to start in conversation about Jesus.
We are also developing content that will be useful for those who are already Christians. Tracts that serve to foster growth in the Christian life are ideal for small groups, one-on-one discipleship, conferences, and church bulletins.
With several products adapted from popular Crossway titles, including 10 Reasons Jesus Came to Die by John Piper, 10 Disciplines of a Godly Man by R. Kent Hughes, 10 Disciplines of a Godly Woman by Barbara Hughes, and What Is the Gospel by Greg Gilbert, tracts are a key resource for sermon follow-up questions and book study discussions. Short and to the point, tracts can serve to encourage and direct Christians in their walk with the Savior.
