Screen 'The Biggest Story: The Animated Short Film' at Your Church for Free

Teach Kids the Biggest Story of All

This month, Crossway is pleased to announce the release of The Biggest Story: The Animated Short Film.

Based on the best-selling book by pastor Kevin DeYoung, the film was created to show kids how all those classic stories in the Bible connect to Scripture’s overarching message about God’s glorious plan to redeem his rebellious people.

Screen the Film for Free at Your Church

We're so excited about this resource that we're inviting churches to apply to screen The Biggest Story: The Animated Short Film for free with their congregations between August 15, 2016 and September 30, 2016. To apply, simply ask a pastor, elder, or ministry director to fill out our short application form.

All churches that apply and are approved will receive a link to download or stream the film starting on August 15, 2016.* Additionally, the first 200 churches that are approved will receive a free mailed copy of the DVD as soon as it becomes available!

All applications must be received by Friday, September 9, 2016.

A Few Ideas for Churches

Here are a few ideas regarding how your church might use the film:

• Schedule a special event one evening and invite families from your church to watch the film. Follow up the screening with a few minutes of group discussion.
• Host an outreach event and encourage families in your church to invite other families from their neighborhoods and work places.
• Show the film during your church's Sunday School hour, encouraging leaders to ask a few basic questions after each chapter.
• Encourage small groups to watch the film as part of their regular meeting. Include both parents and kids of all ages in these gatherings and reflect on the Bible's overarching story together.

We're excited to see how God uses this film to impact kids and their families with the truth of the gospel. It's also our prayer that this new resource proves useful to churches as they seek to teach children about the biggest, most important story ever told.
