The ESV Bible in Kenya

One of the joys of publishing the ESV Bible is the work we get to do with ministries that have their "boots on the ground" around the world. Through these partnerships, Crossway can focus on what we do best and our partners focus on what they do best, and together we can better serve the worldwide church.

We're proud to work with Awana as one of our partners. While you may know Awana for their U.S. ministry and mid-week clubs, they also have a vibrant discipleship ministry to children oversees.

One way Awana's ramping up ministry in Kenya is through their "Not the End" campaign. Their goal with "Not the End" is to reach 50,000 additional children in Kenya with the gospel by the middle of 2014.

Awana is raising support for these efforts through the sale of t-shirts, and Crossway is proud to partner with them. For every t-shirt sold, one ESV Bible will be given to a Kenyan child. For many this might be the only Bible they'll ever own.
