The Final Days of Jesus
The final days of Jesus were the most important days of the most important person who ever lived. As we think about Holy Week, we often think about Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. Everything in between gets a little bit fuzzy, and we lose track of some of the details of what happened in the biblical storyline.
We asked a number of New Testament scholars to help us out, providing some of the historical, cultural, and theological background of the story of Holy Week. We wanted to take each day of the week to look into the details of the history-shaping events that occurred each day of this momentous week.
